My name is James, and I’m reaching out during one of the most difficult times of my life. Not long ago, I underwent surgery and, due to my ongoing recovery, I haven’t been able to return to work. Things took a turn for the worse when my landlord put a restraining order on me on Christmas Eve because I was six weeks behind on rent. Now, I find myself homeless, with nowhere to go and no income to rely on. Through all of this, my loyal dog Joey has stayed by my side, and I’m doing everything I can to keep us together and safe.

The funds raised here will go directly toward securing a safe place for Joey and me to stay, as well as covering essential bills while I recover and work toward getting back on my feet. Every day is a challenge, but I’m holding onto hope that with a little help, I can get through this and rebuild.
