Hi, my name is James Horton, and I’m a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT, soon to be an LMT) based in Reno, Nevada.

Like many others, I lost everything during the COVID-19 pandemic: my career, my stability, and my ability to do what I love most: help people heal through therapeutic touch.

I’ve worked hard to stay hopeful, and now I’m ready to rebuild from the ground up. I’m starting my own solo massage therapy business, but I can’t do it alone. That’s why I’m humbly asking for your support.

What I Need Help With:

To get back on my feet and start serving clients again, I need funding for:

Equipment: sheets, towels, towel warmer, scrubs, table warmer, massage gel, and a few other things.

Sanitizing gear

Licensing and city/state fees

Business formation and insurance

Marketing and basic website setup

Every dollar will go directly toward helping me launch a safe, professional, and healing space where I can do what I’m trained to do: support people’s health and well-being.

Massage therapy isn’t just a job to me; it’s a calling. I’ve spent years learning how to relieve pain, reduce stress, and help people reconnect with their bodies. I know firsthand how healing touch can change lives.
