Help James Get Lymphoma Treatment
Donation protected
My brother James has just been diagnosed with Lymphoma. The good news is, it is treatable. The bad news is, he is in a ton of pain and needs multiple rounds of Chemo. For those of you who don't know James, he's a hilarous weirdo who has the greenest of green thumbs and the craftiest of all brains. He cultivates his own bonsai, makes sculptures from wood, is a carpenter, a lover of nature, and he can make just about anybody laugh with his incredible storytelling and perfect comedic timing. I'm sure it goes without saying that he means the world to me and all of his friends and family. At this point, we are in financial crisis. While he has health insurance, his treatment is currrently in Santa Rosa, a 5 hour drive from his home, and a 9 hour drive away from me, his main caretaker. Not only are we facing travel and housing costs, we are also facing a rent crisis for James. He will be unable to work, indefinitely. I am requesting your help so that we can support and take care of James in this great time of need. I also want to recognize how sad it is that capitalism has come to this, asking friends and family to help you live and thrive, instead of living and thriving being a basic human right. Anything y'all can do to help us would be greatly appreciated. We will pay it forward.
