Help James Foster Recover After Dying

James Foster is a good friend and fellow student at my martial arts studio, where he is much loved. I'm launching this fundraiser to help James, his wife Stacey, and their 7-year-old son, Leo, cope with the medical and related expenses after a surprise heart attack on October 18th that killed James for 15 minutes. Due to the valiant efforts of friends and paramedics, James was revived and had an internal defibrillator permanently implanted so that his heart behaves in the future.

Recovery from CPR and surgery will keep James from working or even driving until at least January. Stacey runs two jewelry stores (https://MineralAndMatter.com/), but James' job is their primary family income. On top of this, although insurance will cover some of the medical expenses, James has to pay $8,000 out of pocket before he hits his medical deductible.

We are hoping to help James' family raise enough to offset these unexpected costs so that James can focus fully on healing.

James is a loving and dedicated husband and father, and he never hesitates to offer support to others in need.
