Help James Fight Cancer: Medical & Living Expenses

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

I’m reaching out on behalf of our dear friend James, who is facing a challenge that no one should have to endure. James is a 36-year-old with a heart of gold—someone who would give you the shirt off his back and never ask for anything in return. A loving husband, brother, and son, James has always been there for everyone in his life. Now, he needs us to be there for him.

Recently, James received the heartbreaking news that he has been diagnosed with Small Cell Carcinoma, a form of cancer. A biopsy revealed a 3.7cm mass, and James is scheduled for a PET scan to determine if the cancer has spread. As he prepares for the battle ahead—facing radiation and chemotherapy—he is also bracing for the financial strain that comes with such a diagnosis.

James will need to take time off work to focus on his treatments, which means he will not have an income to cover medical bills, everyday expenses, or even the mortgage. This situation is made even more challenging by the fact that James and his wife recently completed the adoption process, leaving them with little savings to fall back on.
