Hello,

For those who did not know him, James Thornton is the middle Son of my Brother TJ and his wife, Tabitha. James was a gentle, kind, soft-spoken young man with the best heart you could ask for in a little brother, big brother, Son, Nephew, Grandchild, cousin or Friend. His world was recently turned upside down after a doctor's visit gave the worst news imaginable. On Wed, Sep 7th, 2022, James was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). After a long and hard battle, Sadly on Nov 4th, 2022, James lost his fight with Leukemia. James passed away peacefully in the hospital Friday morning with his parents by his side. A crushing blow to our family. Something no parent should ever have to experience. We ask our past donators and possible future donators please help if you can. This will be a substantial financial burden to his parents and family. The medical bills are coming in for the past months of hospital care and treatments, and the cost is high. Now additionally, they will need assistance with funeral expenses. They have insurance for medical care, but it only covers a small portion of the cost.
