Please help support Mr. James Cordice as he rebuilds his life after the disastrous fire that destroyed his home in Yeadon, PA. Mr. Cordice has helped many people during their time of need and NOW he needs help as he rebounds from tremendous loss. James Cordice has been a pillar in the community in Philadelphia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Belize, and throughout the USA and Caribbean.
James Cordice is founder of the non-profit organization, TEAM SVG International Support, former president and public relations officer of the Philadelphia-based St. Vincent and the Grenadines Organization of Pennsylvania (SVGOP) and helps many people and organizations regardless of where they are from. He has been recognized for his generosity and community service in Philadelphia, Washington, DC, New Jersey, Boston, Los Angeles, New York City, SVG, Belize and more.
James Cordice, the pioneer and coordinator of St. Vincent and the Grenadines' (SVG) and Belize's participation in the prestigious Penn Relays at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, has hosted high school students and staff at his home over the years from St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Belize since 2011.
He opened his home to these high schools at his own expense to assist them while in the United States for the Penn Relays. He provides transportation using buses that he purchased to ensure the students and staff have safe, reliable transportation. He purchases food and prepares meals at his home and has provided housing FREE of charge over the years to support various high schools and lessen their financial burden while in USA. In his home, he has hosted the Thomas Saunders Secondary School and the St. Vincent Boys Grammar School from St. Vincent and the Grenadines. He has also hosted the Stann Creek Ecumenical College from Belize.
He has donated his time, skills, and talents to helping the community not only in the local Philadelphia area but abroad in his native St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Belize, Jamaica, Dominica and St Kitts and Nevis. He has and continues to mentor students from high school through to college.
Over the years, he has led the coordination of disaster relief efforts to assist many Caribbean countries. From his now burned-down porch, he has collected clothes, medical supplies, food items, shoes, books, medical equipment, and much more. He coordinated, collected and shipped donations to aid in disaster relief for Grenada, Dominica, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. He has also made donations to primary schools, high schools, and senior centers to enhance the lives of others.
James Cordice is in need of your support to help with current expenses and to replace the contents in his home as the journey begins to rebuild his house and his life.
