We appreciate ALL the people responding to this emergency rescue!

We made the instinctual decision to adopt a baby boy, who without drastic action. Would have no secured home at his time of birth. This isn't something we pre planned or were making preparations for. But because of who were both are as people. After knowing about the situation. We couldn't comfortably look each other (or anyone else for that matter) in the eyes. Knowing FULLY well we could prevent this child from going into the foster system by giving him a full family that would love him. Have the emotional stability to raise him and teach him, with proper values, principles food and shelter. Be able to give him a whole world of possibilities completely different then the world he was headed to.

It was impossible for us to know what we could provide. ‍Then just walk away like we never knew he existed.‍ It wasn't a thought... It just wasn't possible.

So with the decision came the reality. What we believed to be a simple process. Quickly manifested into: Agency fees. Lawyer consultation. Social worker involvement. Background checks, Home studies. Travel expenses( the baby is in another state and will not be born in WI) plenty of Medical bills and anything else that may pop up like burt toast you forgot to set the timer on.

So. With us dropping our pride and admitting, we were not at all ready for this. We are reaching out to ask for help from anyone who would care to do so. With the adoption and home coming of Kaiwren Garrett McIntyre_Kwiatkowski estimated due date September 19th.
