Help James acquire housing and medicine

    My name is James Sizelove, I am 45 years old and I have several major health conditions. On April 1st, 2022, I suffered a lethal heart-attack and was revived by paramedics at Advent Hospital. I remained in the hospital for two weeks. I have since recovered a good deal of my cognitive abilities, but have been forced to abandon my former plans of computer programming school. In addition, I have been suffering for 2 years from the effects of advanced Diabetic Neuropathy. This condition has rendered the nerves in my body to deteriorate at an alarming rate leaving me bedridden and unable to eat. The doctors tell me it took 10-20 years for my condition to reach such severity. The trouble is, I did not even know I was diabetic until 1 year ago and by that time, the damage was done leaving me little hope of recovery for the damged nerves throughout my body. 

    Now, as I face an uncertain future, I am asking for finiancial assistance to help prevent me from becoming homeless for a second time. I am currently unable to work in any capacity and beginning the road to applying for Disability. A path that will take 18 months. I humbly and sincerely request from anyone willing to donate to my cause that I have been doing everything I can, with the assistance of a fantastic medical team at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City Missouri, to overcome some of the obstacles that will enable me to have a quality of life worth living. I hope to one day have my condition managed to a degree that I can begin to function in some capacity to give back to people and the community and to spread awareness about this devastating condition and steps people can take to avoid the late stage complications that I have, before it's too late. There is always hope to be shared and insights to be gained into finding new treatments and medicines.

    While my condition is both incurable and progressive I am determined to continue to fight and empower myself to make my life manageable.
