My cousin Jamal is currently battling cancer, leukaemia to be exact. Jamal was diagnosed with Leukaemia 3 years ago when he was just 11 years old. He’s 14 years old now, and has undertaken many medical treatments to fight the cancer, however, he relapsed. He’s currently in the UAE receiving treatment, however, the last option now is a bone marrow transplant, which the UAE hospitals do not do. So, his hospital has recommended a hospital in India which can proceed with the bone marrow transplant for Jamal. The problem is that he does not come from a well off family, he lost his father when he was still in his mother’s womb, and his single mother is struggling to get by which makes it difficult for her to fund his treatment alone. The transplant is approximately £40,000 in pounds, and we hope for you as a compassionate human being to contribute towards Jamal’s bone marrow treatment. Jamal is a child, one that has not experienced a thrilling, joyful and mischievous childhood as children should. You can donate as little or as much as you can. Help Jamal experience a real childhood, and live without pain and fear of not seeing the next day. Thank you.
Also to clarify, I will be withdrawing the funds in my name, & I will be transferring all donations withdrawn from my Nationwide online banking directly to Jamal’s bank account with the ‘Dubai Islamic bank’.
Thank you.
