My name is Isiah McDonald, and I currently serve as a Strength and Performance Coach with the New York Yankees organization. I have the privilege of working with hundreds of baseball athletes worldwide, including in Canada, the US, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Panama, Cuba, and Venezuela. My family is from Jamaica, and I have always felt a deep connection to the island and its people. This connection, combined with my passion for baseball, inspired me to launch this project to support young athletes in Jamaica.

Our goal is to distribute over 100 pounds of baseball equipment and raise funds to provide Jamaican athletes with the opportunity to participate in sport. I believe that sport has the power to keep youth off the streets, offer them a sense of purpose, and surround them with a supportive community of athletes and mentors. With your help, we can give these young people the resources they need to play, grow, and dream big—maybe even one day seeing a Major League Baseball athlete come out of Jamaica.

Funds from this campaign will go directly toward covering player fees, purchasing equipment, and supporting field development.
