Hurricane Melissa has brought heartbreaking devastation to Jamaica, flooding homes, uprooting families, and crippling communities across the island.
As a proud Jamaican, this tragedy hits home for me. While my own family is safe, my heart aches for those who have lost so much — their homes, businesses, and livelihoods — and are now struggling to recover.
I can’t sit back and watch my island suffer. I’ve been in contact with community members on the ground, and the need is urgent.
Families are struggling to access food, clean water, shelter, and essentials like clothing, bedding, and toiletries. Many homes have been severely damaged or completely destroyed, leaving families vulnerable and in desperate need.
I am raising funds to provide supplies, support urgent home repairs, and help rebuild these communities. I will be traveling to Jamaica in the coming weeks to personally deliver aid, working directly with friends, families, and the local community.
Every dollar raised will go towards essential supplies (food, clean water, clothing, toiletries, bedding), shelter and home repairs (roofing materials, generators, solar lighting) and community rebuilding.
My goal is simple: get help directly to those who need it most, as quickly as possible.
Jamaica is resilient, and with your support, we can bring hope and strength back to these beautiful coastal communities.
Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a real difference. Please give what you can, share this page, and stand with Jamaica as we rebuild after Hurricane Melissa.
