Help Save Mickey – Our Sweet Puggle’s Fight for Life

My name is Jalene Santiago, and I truly appreciate you for taking the time to read my story.

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for my sweet 6-year-old puggle, Mickey. Mickey is not just a pet—he’s family, my constant companion, and the source of so much joy and comfort in my life. Right now, he’s fighting through a serious medical crisis, and we need your support to give him the best chance at recovery.

Mickey recently began experiencing alarming symptoms and was rushed to the emergency vet. After extensive testing, we learned he’s suffering from a life-threatening condition that is causing severe anemia. He’s currently undergoing blood transfusions, which are helping stabilize him for now, but the underlying issue requires ongoing treatment, more transfusions, and close medical monitoring. Without it, his condition could become fatal.

The emotional toll of seeing Mickey suffer is already overwhelming—but the financial burden has become too much to manage alone. His medical bills are quickly adding up, and the cost of continued care is more than I can afford on my own. That’s why I’m humbly asking for your help.
