Help Jakub gain his hearing and a new ear!

In English: I am turning to all you beloved for help in raising funds for my 12-year-old nephew Jakub. He was born with a congenital defect, meaning the lack of ear canals and proper ear structure on both sides. Since the age of 6, Jakub has undergone multiple surgeries to restore the ear canal and reconstruct the form of his right ear. Unfortunately, the first surgery was performed unsuccessfully and since then infections and bacteria keep getting in, rejecting the ear implant and worsening Jakub's hearing. Jakub has already undergone 2 surgeries in Los Angeles and is currently undergoing another surgery in San Francisco, where doctors removed his ear implant and rebuilt the canal to finally prevent infection. The operation allowed him to regain hearing in his right ear, which is great news for his parents! However, the huge costs led to the family having to sell an apartment and a car just to save their son’s hearing. There is still much to do on his left ear, that is, reconstruction of the canal and molar, allowing complete hearing recovery on both sides. The clinic valued the operation at 100,000 dollars, an amount unachievable for the parents to raise. Time is running out; Jakub is already a teenager and would like to live normally and hear like his peers. That's why I'm asking you, dear friends, to support my nephew in collecting money for the operation, which will allow him to hear normally and gain a new ear, and above all to regain self-confidence and end the malicious remarks about his appearance from his peers. For every small and big help, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Jakub od 6 roku życia przeszedł wiele operacji odtworzenia kanału słuchowego oraz rekonstrukcji małżowiny ucha prawego. Niestety pierwsza operacja została przeprowadzona z niepowodzeniem i od tego czasu ciągle wdają się infekcje i bakterie, które odrzucają implant ucha i pogarszają słuch Jakuba. Jakub przeszedł już 2 operacje w Los Angeles i obecnie jest po kolejnej operacji w San Francisco, gdzie lekarze usunęli mu implant ucha i na nowo odbudowali kanał, aby w końcu zapobiec infekcji. Operacja pozwoliła na odzyskanie słuchu w prawym uchu co jest dla rodziców wspaniała informacja! Dotychczasowe ogromne koszty, które rodzina uzbierała sprzedając mieszkanie i samochód aby tylko móc uratować słuch swojego syna. Pozostała jeszcze lewa strona ucha do wykonania czyli odtworzenie kanału i rekonstrukcja małżowiny, co pozwoli na całkowite obustronne odzyskanie słuchu. Klinika wyceniła operacje na 100 tys. dolarów, jest to kwota nieosiągalna dla rodziców do uzbierania a czas biegnie. Jakub jest już nastolatkiem i chciałby normalnie żyć i słyszeć jak swoi rówieśnicy.
