Hello, my name is Jakob Robledo, and I’m reaching out during a time of deep need. I am 38 years old and have faced a series of unfortunate events that have brought me to a challenging crossroad. For the past eight years, I’ve poured my heart and soul into maintaining my home—a place of comfort and sanctuary for myself and my loved ones. However, the film industry, where I’ve dedicated a decade of my life, has been impacted by a lack of opportunities, leaving me in a precarious situation.
Despite my best efforts to keep my home, I now face foreclosure, with a sale date set for the 29th of this month. I have a limited window of approximately eight days to come up with $2,700 to reinstate the mortgage. After that, I will have 30 days to stabilize my situation and continue to maintain the mortgage.
