Help Jake with medical bills and expenses

Hello! I have one of the best nephews in the world who is suffering horribly from acute liver failure. Jacob O'Farrell is a young man who doesn't drink but is suffering from a disease that if not treated will end his life. He has been in so much pain but still is there for his 2 beautiful children and his wife. He even came to his grandmother's 90th birthday party in so much pain but showed up with flowers and a smile. Jake is one of the most generous, kind-hearted people I've ever met and it is breaking my heart and everyone's heart who knows him to see him suffer. Jacob needs to be admitted to the Mayo Clinic (but can't get in until November) or another hospital to get treatment or a liver transplant. Jacob lost his mother about a year ago and his family has suffered enough!! Your help through this fund and your prayers will make a difference.
