Jake is a four year old pit who’s been an emotional support dog for a family with and for two of its members who are disabled.

He has always been there for his family when they needed him the most but now…

He has unfortunately and accidentally consumed something that has blocked his lower intestine and is in need of emergency surgery at Triangle Vetinary Hospital.

Jake’s mom has already paid $5000 and that’s every penny she could come up with. However, the vet hospital needs $6000 more before they will start surgery.

Jake’s time is running short, and is needed today.
