Hi everyone,

I’m hoping to raise $400 for my boyfriend, Jake, after his car window was shot out during the night of 12/27/2025. Oddly enough, nothing of value was stolen from his car (aside from a car charger), but the damages to his car will not be covered by insurance.

Jake had his previous car totaled back in late September 2025, and after a long month and a half of dealing with insurance he was finally able to get this car. This is the first car he’s financed himself and only 2 weeks after purchasing it, he had to get a complete engine replacement that left him in and out of the dealership for another month…

Jake and I have both had major car repairs/inconveniences this year and it is incredibly unfortunate to go through this stress as the new year approaches, anything helps and we appreciate the support from our community!
