Help Jake in his fight with Cancer

This fundraiser is for my nephew Jake who was recently diagnosed with cancer. This all began two weeks ago when Jake woke up one morning with swelling in his neck. After a trip to the doctor and a CT scan they discovered a large mass on his lymph node and he was immediately sent to Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis. Once they got to Riley they did a biopsy of the mass and diagnosed him with Hodgkins Lymphoma. He immediately began chemo for the next 3 days and then was finally able to return home after a week long stay. Going forward he will be receiving chemo treatments once a month for three days each time over the next four months. The outlook is positive for this type of cancer as it has a high success rate with proper treatment. I am putting this together to help Crista out with the many expenses that they will incur, not to mention all of the work days that she will have to miss as well. Anyone who knows Crista knows she would never ask for help herself, but this journey is going to take the help, love and support of all of our family and friends to get through.
