In 2021, he stepped into my first strongman competition… and he came last.

He admittedly didn’t know what he was doing, but something clicked.

Jake wasn’t discouraged— he was fired up. That day changed everything. He fully committed to learning the sport, joined an incredible gym family (Seddons Strength & Conditioning Gym), and threw himself into the world of strongman.

️Last placing to International Competitor in 4 years

Over the last 4 years, he’s trained hard, competed harder, and improved every single time:

• 3rd place at Liverpool’s Strongest Man 2025 (Intermediate Division)

• ️‍♂️ Deadlifted 200kg in Oldham

• Totaled 845kg across 6 lifts in a push-pull comp

• Climbed from bottom placings to top 3 podium finishes

Every rep, every comp, every bit of progress brought him closer to a dream he never thought was possible…

Jack has only been Invited to the compete in the World Strength Games – Representing the UK!

In May 2026, he has been invited to compete on an international stage at the World Strength Games in Utah, USA—this time in the Open category, the next level up.

This is more than just a competition, it’s a life milestone for Jake, and now, he really needs your help to make it happen.
