Help Jake Berry Get His New Wheelchair

This handsome guy is Jake Berry. He is my brother and is in desperate need of a wheelchair so he can attend his doctor’s appointments and enjoy leaving his home. Due to his Cerebral Palsy, he’s only able to use his left hand. Transportation for Jake right now is overwhelming. It involves a lot of pain for him and many helping hands. A new wheelchair is critical to his comfort and quality of life.
