Help Jake and Jade Through Malachi's Spina Bifida Journey

My sweet nephew Malachi was born 8/6/24. He was born with a severe form of spina bifida requiring fetal surgery at 24 weeks gestation as well as a surgery at just 2 days old to increase his chances of survival and to improve the quality of life as he grows. This form of spina bifida has put him at risk for infection and he is now dealing with possible meningitis. Due to the wound on his back he is unable to have a spinal tap to confirm meningitis, so we are waiting on further testing. We will update soon!

His parents, my brother Jake and sister-in-law Jade, are in the hospital in Minneapolis - Jade has been there for months, before delivery and Jake has spent several weeks there, without pay to be near them. We would love to start this fundraiser to help them with medical bills, general bills, and anything else.
