Help Jaime Pacheco Reunite with Family

This initiative has been started on behalf of Jaime Pacheco who experienced a sudden health emergency the night before Thanksgiving. The night of the incident emergency services were called to support Jaime in his home as he began a long and arduous journey. It was thought that he was suffering from a heart attack or major dehydration, but after fluids, many tests, and almost being released before more signs began to show, it was found that he was suffering from a brain bleed. Up until this point, they have still not been able to find the location of where the bleeding is originating from. Once they do locate the problem, he will need at least two surgeries, one to stop the bleeding and one to prevent it from happening again.

Jaime has worked hard to obtain a visa to support his family financially. He traveled from Mexico to the United States as a part of the Total Grounds team and committed to nine months away from his loved ones. He is such a valued part of the team he was invited to come back again this year. His goal is to work as much as possible to make sure his time away from his loved ones is not wasted. He was scheduled to go home on December 9th, but due to the uncertainties the doctors have, it will be a long journey until he is healthy enough to return home.

Watching Jaime go through this without the support of his loved ones has been truly heartbreaking. That’s why we’re coming together to raise funds to bring his family to New Hampshire, so they can be by his side as he works toward recovery.
