Jaime's Covid Battle

Hi, this is Katelyn & Amanda Brimhall, Jaime Brimhall’s daughters. Our Dad has been in and out of the hospital for the last few weeks due to Covid-19. On Monday September 6th, our Dad was admitted to the ICU. He was on high flow oxygen, then moved to a bi-pap machine struggling to breathe for 6 days. There were no improvements, and his condition was getting progressively worse. On Saturday September 11th, our Mom was faced with a decision that no one should be faced with. Our Dad wanted to fight for his life and the doctors recommended that in order to do that, he would need to be intubated and put on a ventilator. Both of our parents agreed that was what needed to be done. It has been an emotional roller coaster for us all, as our Dad is loved by so many. Our Dad is the epitome of selflessness, service, Christlike love, and strength. He promised us he would fight.

Dad is the primary financial provider for our family and always has been. The burden of the healthcare bills is weighing heavy on our Mom, and will effect our 4 younger siblings still living at home (ages 9-19). We are asking for help to relieve some of those burdens from our Mom. Anything is greatly appreciated, and will help our family immensely. Thank you, we love you all
