Jaiden, my son, was involved in a tragic hit and run accident late Friday night while riding his mini bike. The accident left him with severe injuries: a broken right hip that required surgery, a degloved and broken right foot, extreme lacerations on the right side of his face, and a traumatic brain injury. The person responsible for the accident left Jaiden bleeding in the road, and our family is devastated. He is currently in the ICU, struggling to understand where he is or what happened. My husband and I have not left his side since the accident, and we are doing everything we can to support him during this incredibly difficult time.

We are facing mounting medical bills, lost wages from being at the hospital, and additional expenses for gas, food, and any care Jaiden will need after his hospital stay. We have no health insurance to help cover his care, so every bit of support will make a difference for our family. The uncertainty of Jaiden’s recovery and how long he will remain in the ICU adds to our stress and worry, but we are determined to stay strong for him.
