Hi, my name is Jahneal, and this is something I never imagined I’d have to share.

Asking for help is not easy for me, but I'm doing this because my health has deteriorated.

In 2023, I was diagnosed with hydronephrosis, a condition that causes my kidney to swell due to excessive urine that can’t drain properly. Since then, my life has revolved around pain, uncertainty, doctor visits, and the constant worry about my health and future. Some days are harder than others, both physically and emotionally.

After months of testing and appointments, my urologist told me I need stent placement followed by pyeloplasty surgery. These procedures are necessary to relieve the blockage, prevent further kidney damage, and give me a real chance at feeling normal again. Without this surgery, my condition could worsen and lead to permanent kidney loss.

As much as I wish I could handle this on my own, the reality is that the medical costs are overwhelming. Between surgery, hospital bills, testing, medications, travel to appointments, and time needed to recover, it’s more than I can manage alone.

I’m raising funds to help pay for:

Stent placement and pyeloplasty surgery

Hospital and surgical expenses

Follow-up care, scans, and medications
