Hi, my name is Brittany, and I’m the proud mom of Jaeleigh.

Our world changed when Jaeleigh was diagnosed with a rare Clcn6 gene mutation — a condition that brings with it seizures, developmental struggles, autism, and medical challenges most children will never have to endure.

Jaeleigh is my fighter. She faces every day with courage, laughter, and love, but behind her smile are endless doctor appointments, therapy sessions, and unanswered questions.

Right now, one of the most important steps in her journey is traveling to Boston to meet with specialists in genetics who are leading research in Clcn6. This trip could give us answers, new treatment options, and most importantly — hope for Jaeleigh’s future.

We are also hoping to connect with other families on this journey. Meeting them would mean building a community of support, sharing knowledge, and finding strength in knowing we are not alone.

But these trips come with overwhelming costs — travel, lodging, food, and medical expenses. As a single mom doing everything I can for Jaeleigh, I need help to make this possible.
