On October 26, 2025, my life changed in an instant.
I was driving home from work, 22 weeks pregnant, when a drunk driver traveling the wrong way struck my car head-on. I lost my baby in the crash and sustained serious injuries, including a broken hip, ribs, and nose.
Since that day, recovery has required patience and support. I’m currently unable to work and am staying with my grandparents while I heal and care for my two young children, ages 6 and 9. Like many parents, my focus is simply on keeping life steady and safe for them during a very difficult season.
I did everything I could to handle my responsibilities. I cleaned and vacated my apartment, hoping to be released from my lease due to the circumstances. Unfortunately, that request was denied, leaving me responsible for rent and bills I cannot manage while out of work. I’m now facing mounting expenses and the risk of eviction.
I’m reaching out for temporary support to help cover rent and essential bills as I continue recovering and rebuilding. This accident took so much, but it didn’t take my determination. My goal is to regain stability, return to work, and create a secure future for my children.
If you’re able to contribute or share this page, I’m deeply grateful. Every bit of support helps us move forward.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for standing with my family during this time.
