Help Jaden receive necessary medical treatment

On June 26th, 2024, on my way to work, I was involved in my first car accident. The person who cause the accident fled the scene and left me stuck and scared. As the cars collided my knees were smashed into my dashboard. My body was jolted forward causing pain to my neck and back. I came to find out that I was unable to move my legs and I started to experience a shooting/stabbing pain in my back and neck. I was rushed to the hospital after EMS and the Fire Department had to drag my unable body out of my car. As I was being rushed to the hospital, EMS cut my clothes off; exposing my bare and weak body. I’m having trouble feeling anything from my waist down and moving my legs. I’m unable to feel when others touch my legs. I’m unable to hold weight with either of my legs. I’m severely uncomfortable in every way, no matter if I’m sitting or laying down. I’m unable to do anything for myself unless it involves my arms or hands. After going through several tests, doctors came to the conclusion that I have a Spinal Cord like injury and Collapsed Lungs due to the hard impact. I’ve been in the ICU unit on 30 min-1 hour checks, rotating pain medication every 4-6 hours to try to get my pain under control, and blood thinners because I’m unable to leave the hospital bed. Doctors are starting me on Physical Therapy and later I’ll have to go to a rehabilitation center for further assistance to regain strength and learning to walk again. Doctors are telling me that they’re not sure when I’ll be able to feel anything or walk again. The Doctor informed me that recovery could take up to a year. I’m now unable to work and I cannot receive the financial help to get me the proper medical assistance I need.
