Hi, I’m Mindy, Davi’s bestie since we were babies! Our parents were best friends and we grew up together.

Davi’s son, Jaden, was just diagnosed with Ewing’s sarcoma. Ewing’s sarcoma is an aggressive cancer that is found in the soft tissue in and around the bones. He noticed a lump in his arm that became increasingly painful. Jaden is a junior at Cal State Long Beach, studying mechanical engineering. Unfortunately, he had to withdraw from his junior year as treatments will be continuing over the next 6 to 9 months. Treatments will include chemo, which has already started, surgery, and then possibly radiation and/or another round of chemotherapy. Davi had to take a leave from her job as Jaden is being treated at UCLA Medical Center (300 miles from her Santa Cruz home). I’m starting this in hopes to alleviate their financial burden while receiving his treatment and any out-of-pocket medical expenses. Please keep Jaden in your thoughts and prayers as he navigates through his treatment.
