- Hi, my name is Edythe. The Feaster family members are very concerned about the health and finances of our cousin Joey (aka Ja'Dee Murphy to his friends). He has undergone the removal of a cancerous growth (sarcoma) from his shoulder. It is cancer that is a malignant tumor growth that can affect the brain, lungs, heart, and body nerve system. The cancer is very rare and in some cases can be very aggressive. Ja’Dee was hospitalized for three months because the tumor and particular site both became infected, causing him to become bed-bound. He spent Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year in the hospital. He was discharged on January 7th, 2021, and returned on January 25th for another skin graft. Upon his discharge, he was diagnosed with COVID and was sent home for a 14-day quarantine.
- Ja’Dee was retested in February with negative results however he is financially drained and unable to afford other medications not covered by his health insurance, and cannot afford rent and electrical bills. It is imperative that he include a recovery regimen ASAP. We are asking everyone to pitch in whatever they can to assist with his course of therapy. With blessings we thank you.
