HELP JADE WIN THE BREAST CANCER FIGHT

My dearest friend Jade Renee’ Shepherd was diagnosed January 10th, 2023 with Breast cancer. She is currently stage 2, with a grade 3 aggressive form of her2+ cancer. The Dr’s at this time are feeling very optimistic of Jade’s outcome. Early detection is KEY, Early detection saves lives! The Shepherd family has been impacted with fear and anxiety over this devastating diagnosis. Jade is 33 years young, Married with a 17 month old son. She is a full time working mom who has lost wages due to having multiple doctor visits, ct scans, bone scans, and multiple MRI’s on parts of her body to make sure the cancer hasn’t spread. Jade is starting her first round of chemotherapy on 2/3/23. She will have to endure 6 rounds total and is expected to complete this by June of this year followed with surgery which will have her out of work for a long period of time to heal and recover. Depending on the type of surgery she chooses she will also have to go through radiation followed with immunotherapies that are expected to be a year out after all is said and done. What we are trying to do here is raise money to help ease the financial stress of a cancer diagnosis and help support and lift this family in prayer. We are unsure of how sick she will be during treatment as everyone reacts differently. We also are wanting to raise awareness that breast cancer can affect anyone, it doesn’t matter how old you are or what genetics you have. 1 in 8 women will be affected in their lifetime. 1 out of 2 people will develop cancer in their lifetime.
