Hi, I’m Jade – and I could use a little help to become fully me.

30 years young. I came out as transgender on January 1st, 2024 — a day that changed everything for me. Since then, I started hormone therapy (9 months ago now!) and for the first time in my life, I’ve felt moments of real happiness. Like I’m finally becoming myself.

But my journey isn’t finished yet.

Because I started my transition a bit later, parts of my face still carry the marks of male puberty. And that’s something that causes me discomfort every single day. Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS) would make a world of difference — not just physically, but emotionally and mentally. It feels like one of the final steps in truly aligning my body with who I am inside.

Unfortunately, surgeries like this are incredibly expensive. And that’s the hard part — realizing that something so important is hidden behind a price tag I simply can’t afford on my own.

I work in healthcare, a field I love deeply — but it’s not one that makes saving for surgery easy. Normally I’m not someone who asks for help. I’ve always tried to do everything by myself. But this is one thing I can't do alone, and that’s why I’m here — asking for a little support from those who believe in the power of living as your authentic self.
