Hi, my name is Jade, and I’m asking for your support as I navigate a distressing legal situation that has shaken my faith in the justice system.

On May 8th, 2025, I was involved in a brief parking dispute at Redland Bay Marina. What followed was something no everyday person should experience: I was threatened, publicly humiliated, and later targeted by a group of police officers — one of whom was personally connected to the other party in the dispute. I was met by four officers at the Russell Island ferry terminal with an infringement already written, without being asked for my side of the story.

Since then, the situation has escalated. I’ve received A formal charge, been threatened with obstruction, and faced further legal pressure referencing to my social media activity, raising concerns about intimidation and privacy.

I’ve tried to handle this quietly and respectfully, but the legal costs to defend myself properly and hold the responsible parties accountable are beyond what I can manage alone. I am raising funds to:
