Help Jade Pay Medical and Food Expenses

Hi, My name is Jade. I was in a very bad car accident on July 15th, 2021. I was admitted to the trauma hospital shortly after the incident occurred. I thought that I was going to die. I sat in the middle of the road for over a half an hour waiting for paramedics to arrive. My heel is fractured and shattered. I can no longer walk or move. I can't make food or use the restroom without assistance. I am in so much pain even with narcotics that its hard to sleep. Typing this is very painful for me so i'm going to make it short. I have stitches on my forehead and very, very, horrendous road rash all over my body, literally head to toe with my skin peeling off. My entire body is covered in contusions that are very painful and nothing helps. I am looking for support and funding to pay the medical debt I will soon owe for the one hospitalization and another ER visit that has occurred within the past two days. I am also looking for food expenses to be covered through delivery services since I cannot walk, stand, or cook my own meals. The prescription medicine and my walker/wheelchair/scooter have been partially covered by insurance but I have to pay $200 out of pocket for those alone. My phone broke in the accident as well so I will need the funds to cover the new phone. Due to my broken heel, I will be out of work for a minimum of 3 months and I have bills to pay and three small children to support. I will be getting surgery on my foot soon and I have no idea what the cost of the surgery will be or if my insurance will be covering it.
