My name is Jade, and I am reaching out because I am in urgent need of dental work. For a long time, I have been living with severe pain in my mouth—so much so that I can barely chew food without experiencing extreme discomfort. My teeth are broken and falling apart, and every meal is a struggle. On top of this, I have Crohn’s disease, and my doctors have put me on a special diet, but eating the foods I need is nearly impossible with the pain I’m in.

Getting the dental surgery I need would mean everything to me. It would allow me to eat without pain, improve my health, and finally give me a chance to live my life without constant suffering. I have asked my parents for help my whole life, but my needs have been ignored, and I am at a point where I have no one else to turn to.
