Hello Everyone:

Hope you are all well in these trying times. Wishing you all positive vibes for staying strong and upbeat as we all move forward.

It is unbelievable that here we are still here after 10 years and my daughter is still sick. She is in some ways worse. She is on Oxygen 24/7 now and has an implanted heart monitor. She was in the hospital in August 2021 because her heart stopped for a few seconds and they were thinking of putting in a pace maker then suddenly it is nothing. We both got Covid from her being in the hospital by the way. But Praise God we got through that okay.

Jade has been sick for over 10 years now. She was 24 when this started. At that time she was going to college to be an engineer. Her symptoms of rapid heartbeat, muscle spasms, shortness of breath, fainting etc., have continued to expand over the years to where she was totally bed bound. Today she is at least able to venture out to more doctors. Yet everyday despite the medicines she takes she is in severe crippling pain with muscle spasms that can occur just about anywhere in her body as well as a myriad of severe symptoms. There have been many ideas but not a real answer as to what is causing this. Jade just wants to get better to go back to college and lead a regular life.

The Good news is more doctors are trying to find out what is going on. The old news is even as Jade is sicker BUT Insurance still does not want to pay for all the tests and procedures and equipment which she needs even more urgently now. The medical costs are extraordinary.

We need help with medical expenses, travel to University hospitals, rare disease information and tests. Jade is a beautiful young woman who is missing out on her life experiences. Positive words and support and cards would cheer her up tremendously.
