Help Jade Daari Get Better

Jade was taking part in the 50 KM Ride-for-Heart charity ride on June 4, 2017, when a fellow cyclist cut her off. She flew over her handle bars, landed headfirst onto the pavement and her bike landed on her. She was instantly knocked out.

The result is a skull fracture, blood in her brain, trouble walking and short-term memory issues. She is now on a long journey to recovery at Bridgepoint Medical in the neuro unit, where she is working really hard with a huge team of medical professionals to get her back on her feet, literally and figuratively.

Jade is an incredibly independent, loving and hard-working individual. For years she has been bartending full time to support herself while she gained the pre-requisite courses and volunteer hours required for nursing school. All of her hard work has paid off as she is set to start nursing school in September. Unfortunately due to the severity of her injuries and the lengthy recovery ahead, Jade is not able to work.

The funds we are raising will help with her treatment so that she can get the best care to get her back on track and ready to start school.  They will also help with her expenses while she's recovering to make it as stress-free as possible.

Anything you can donate will go a long way. Thank you so much for your generosity.
