Help Jade Crouch achieve her dream

In December Jade has got the opportunity to compete at Official Strongman Games/Worlds in Maddison, America after coming 5th at her first international competition, which was Europes strongest woman u82 in York (August 2024) and in the words of her trainer - to enter at this level and come 5th is insane

Jade first stepped into a gym (Prime Performance, Whitstable) with me her big sister Vicky, just 3 years ago after feeling she needed a little bit of direction. Jade soon realised not only was she very strong but anything she put her mind to she could achieve. She didn’t last long with normal training and upped it a level to strongman training very quickly. In August 2022 Jade competed at her first ever competition, strongest in the south, at Prime Performance gym and since then hasn’t looked back.

Lots of new like minded friends met along the way, a few injuries, lots of coaching and early training sessions, car park competitions all over the country and lots of changes to her usual fast food diet have got her here.

Jade now trains at three gyms - war machines in Ramsgate, City Strength in Chichester and Prime Performance in Whitstable.

Although as a family we can fund the majority of the trip for Jade to compete, a lot of people have asked if they can sponsor her so I’ve set up this page.

Jade has chosen to do this trip alone as she believes it will be a great opportunity to socialise with other athletes and widen her network. I’m sure in the near future Jade will have a sponsor but for the meantime any help you could give would be amazing.
