Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out today with a hopeful spirit! I’m trying to save my late father’s house from foreclosure. My dad worked hard all his life to provide a home for our family, and when he passed unexpectedly, he left this house to me. It’s been a source of comfort and stability during a time of great loss, but now it’s in jeopardy due to financial challenges.

For the last year, I’ve been in nursing school which increased my expenses and limited my flexibility to work. Recently, I was blessed with finding a job as a student nurse, which will allow me to manage the payments moving forward. Though the monthly mortgage (thankfully) is not expensive, before I can maintain the mortgage payments with my new job, I need to pay off what’s already owed since the house has recently moved into foreclosure.

What I Need:

I’m hoping to raise $5,266.12 to cover the mortgage arrears and bring the account current. Every dollar will go directly to the bank to stop the foreclosure process and protect our cherished home.

Why This Matters:

This house isn’t just a building — it’s a piece of my father’s legacy that he wanted me to have and where he poured his love and effort for decades. It’s a safe place that holds memories of family gatherings, holidays, and laughter. Losing it would mean losing a part of him.
