Help Support Jada's Recovery After a Tragic Dog Attack.

Sometimes the people with the biggest hearts endure the hardest battles.

Recently, Jada opened her heart to a starving, abandoned dog that had been dumped in the Niceville area. Seeing an animal in desperate need, she stepped in & couldn't just let him suffer. She provided food, shelter, care, and compassion, patiently nursing the dog back to health and giving it a chance at a better life.

Tragically, despite her efforts, the dog unexpectedly attacked her today. The attack was so severe that she was forced to call 911 to get help getting the dog off her. She sustained devastating injuries and has already undergone a surgery lasting more than six hours. She now faces several days in the hospital, an extensive recovery process (physically and emotionally), and the possibility of additional surgeries in the weeks ahead.

As if that wasn't enough, her own dog was also injured while trying to protect her and received treatment at an emergency veterinary hospital, creating additional medical expenses during an already overwhelming time.

The road ahead will be long. Beyond the significant physical injuries, Jada is facing the emotional and psychological trauma that comes with surviving such a terrifying ordeal. Medical bills, lost income, rehabilitation costs, follow-up procedures, and veterinary expenses are quickly adding up.

Those who know Jada know that helping others, whether people or animals, is simply who she is. When she saw something vulnerable in our community, she chose compassion. She chose to help. She chose to step up.

Now, it's our turn.
