Hi! My name is Jada Williams, and I am reaching out to ask for your support as I continue my Last year through college. I am currently a full-time student studying Music Business with a Minor in Sciences at Millikin University, with dreams of building a career where I can uplift others through creativity, entrepreneurship and community. I am also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. This year has been extremely challenging financially. Despite working hard, applying for scholarships and exploring every option, I’ve fallen short in covering college expenses for this year. I am enrolled in classes for the fall, but my balance right now is $4,768 and I have to get that to atleast 2k before the semester starts. I’ve never been the one to ask for help lightly, but I believe in being transparent about where I am and what I am working towards. I am passionate about what I do. I’ve come too far to let anything financial hold me back. My family also isn’t able to support me like they would want to right now, so I’m doing the best I can to still apply for scholarships and look for other options to complete my last year. Any amount you can give whether it’s $5, $25, $50 or simply a share brings me one step closer to staying in school and also graduating.
