My name is Christopher, and I am a cat dad to my sweet baby girl Jada. Except Jada is not a baby; she’s turning 16 years old on June 8th, 2025.

I’ve come up against some financial challenges recently and am asking for help to ensure Jada gets the medical treatment needed along with food security.

Jada has a thyroid issue that requires her to eat about 10 times a day. Even with a full belly, she is still under weight at less than 10 pounds when she should be 14-16 pounds.

Her thyroid medication keeps her well, but she is due for some tests this month along with her annual shots, which I cannot afford.

The total for the thyroid tests come to $680. Her thyroid medication is $75 a month. Her annual shots plus services by vet and vet techs come to $390. And other monthly costs including food and cat litter comes to approximately $400.

For the month of June, I anticipate a total cost of $1,545 if not more to care for my sweet Jada. Please help me raise this money, and make sure Jada gets the care she needs on her birthday month!
