Help Jacquie and Hannah Through This Crisis

Jacquie and Hannah desperately need our help. Hannah reached out to me because Jacquie has been in the hospital due to a serious intestinal obstruction that has also prohibited proper function of her liver, gallbladder, and pancreas. She has been in multiple hospitals this week and has had two surgeries in the past 24 hours.

Hannah just graduated high school a few months ago. Life has already dealt her so much, having her father also pass away years ago. She is just about to start a new job, working to build her own future. She has proven to be mature well beyond her years, but that doesn't make this any easier for her to handle on her own. While other resources are being explored, this will take time and won't help them right now.

While it is also hopeful Jacquie will make a good recovery, it is unknown what permanent damage may have been done to her other organs or what kind of recovery time she will be facing. Hannah's hope is to be able to care for herself and her mom to get them through this while also still focusing on starting her new job. These are big stresses for someone her age.
