Hello,

I come to you hat in hand and cat in hospital. My feline life mate, Jacques, is currently in urgent care. On Tuesday, he knocked my medications off the counter. They opened, and the little rascal ate some of them. Best guess is he consumed Wellbutrin 300mg, Duloxetine 40mg, and Vitamin D 250mg. Wellbutrin and Duloxetine are toxic in kitties.

Jacques is currently at the Pet Urgent Care. As you might imagine, the cost is rising, and I have not budgeted for this sort of incident. I know many of you are cat lovers, and I am asking for help in meeting some of the costs of his care. Anything you can contribute, including thoughts and prayers, is very appreciated. If there are any funds left after his expenses are paid, I will donate that to the local Humane Society in Jacques name.

I do not feel comfortable asking for assistance, but my income is limited. I fully expect to pay the lion's (cat's) share of the bill, and your donations are very appreciated.

This little man means the world to me. I can't imagine him not greeting me at the door anymore.
