My name is Jacqueline , I am 51 years old and a single parent raising my grandchild. I have worked for the aviation for the last 7 years and have a extensive background in medical services, I have always been capable of taking care of myself and my kids. Unfortunately, I was in need of a surgery process which I went through on a June 17,2024. Unfortunately, it went bad. I ended up back in surgery and in ICU with life-endangering conditions. By the grace of God, I pulled through, but leaving me with major complications and putting me in a financial hardship.

I have now been moved to a rehabilitation center to assist me with recovering. I will have to have a Home health aide once I get home until further notice, but this is my reason for seeking assistance and humbly asking for help to maintain my rent and utilities to give me a chance to finally get back on my feet.
