Hello, Everyone!!

My name is Jacoby Brown, and I was born with four different eye conditions,

- Optic Nerve Atrophy

- Nystagmus

- Exotropia

- Hyperopia Astigmatism

I am considered legally blind. This past weekend, I took my first solo trip to Dallas, Texas. During my stay in Dallas, I realized how limited I am here in Arkansas being legally blind. I’m always looking for an opportunity to grow and to better my life.

I truly believe that me relocating to the Dallas area, preferably Irving, Plano, McKinney or Addison would give me more growth opportunities. I also realized how much cheaper transportation was compared to Arkansas which caught my attention.

I do have a job, and if able, I would transfer to a store within the Dallas area. My lease will be up in a few months, and I would love to make that big move. If you all could help me out with moving and transportation fees, I would greatly appreciate it. And if the opportunity comes where I can move before my lease is up, I’m going to.

Life is challenging being blind, but I continue to strive to be the best person that I can be everyday. I JUST WANT MORE FOR MYSELF!!
