My name is Holly. My boyfriend, Jacob Cottrill was driving to work the morning of July 3, 2025 when he veered over in the wrong lane and hit a tractor trailer head on and wrecked his truck. We still don’t know the cause of why or how he wrecked. Jacob doesn’t remember what happened and suffered a concussion and traumatic brain injury. He also suffered facial fractures, a broken sternum, broken ribs, a broken arm/elbow, a broken thumb, two broken legs (right leg he broke his femur, left leg he broke his knee), a broken ankle, two broken feet, and many other lacerations and injuries. He’s had many surgeries already and will need more surgeries in the future including a total shoulder replacement. 

Right now, I am the sole provider financially and we have two kids, a house, and bills to pay for. We are still waiting for disability to be approved for him. We appreciate any amount small or big.
