Help Jacob With Dental Surgery

I was eating one day and a crown that was on my top left molar popped right off. I went to the dentist the next day, they said that it was just a poorly done crown, and a small gap had caused the filling to slowly separate over time, and no amount of brushing would have saved me from this crown eventually failing.
Under the dentist's recommendation, I had the infected molar extracted and a bone graft done the same day. The dentist said that I should get a molar implant to replace the one that was taken out. If I am not able to get the implant done, my lower teeth could protrude, and ruin my jaw and teeth because their is no opposition from the empty molar socket. Causing further complications down the line.
The dentist did the bone graft at the beginning of May, they said I have four months to get the dental implant, before the bone graft starts deteriorating, and my window of time is lost.
With my father going on permanent disability, I have been unable to get dental insurance. Medicaid in Utah does not cover dental procedures, with this technically being considered a "cosmetic surgery" 100% of Medicaid requests get denied. Even though it can cause complications if not dealt with.
I'm currently in school, studying full time to become a high school history teacher. Majoring in History and Social Studies at Utah Valley University. Donating will help me be able to achieve my goal of being a licensed teacher within two years, and avoid complications with my teeth and jaw as well.
I have four months before my bone graft fails, and I can no longer get the implant. I don't have the money to pay for this, anything at all helps. Thank you.
