Help Jacob Unger Get a New Wheelchair Van

Hi everyone,

We’re reaching out to ask for your support in helping an incredible young man, Jacob Unger, get the wheelchair-accessible van he urgently needs.

Jacob is a bright and determined high school student from Michigan who happens to be living with a disability. He uses a specialized wheelchair that requires a handicap-accessible van for transportation. Unfortunately, his current van is no longer running, leaving Jacob without a reliable way to get to school, his community college classes, or the events that bring him so much joy.

Despite his challenges, Jacob is always giving back. He volunteers at his high school’s concession stand, participates in community events, and is a proud member of the National Honor Society. He also has a passion for racing RC cars at local R/C raceways—one of his favorite hobbies.

Jacob has big dreams and works hard every day to achieve them. But without a functioning wheelchair van, he’s missing out on vital opportunities, including his education, volunteer work, and the activities that keep him engaged and connected.

We’re hoping to raise enough funds to help Jacob and his family purchase a reliable, wheelchair-accessible van. Every donation—big or small—brings us closer to giving Jacob the independence and mobility he deserves.
